Jada Williams is a Registered Social Worker, currently completing her postgraduate studies in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) at the University of Oxford.

Jada understands that reaching out for support can be a deeply vulnerable step, especially when you’re healing from trauma, navigating complex family dynamics, or facing challenges related to shame and self-compassion. She doesn’t see herself as the expert on your life—you are. Her role is to walk beside you as you explore these challenges, offering a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can safely explore your experiences and identities.

She’s here to help you discover what healthy relationships might look like for you and to support you in setting boundaries that foster a sense of agency, connection, and peace, particularly if you’re healing from people-pleasing behaviours rooted in trauma. Her aim is to help you protect your well-being and facilitate your healing journey in a way that feels right for you.

Informed by DBT and psychodynamic principles, and grounded in intersectional feminist, anti-racist, and queer theory, Jada’s approach is all about meeting you where you are. She values the uniqueness of every person’s journey and is here to support you in your own way. Jada believes in co-creating a space where you can feel at ease, honoring what’s comfortable for you moment to moment. There’s no script or expectations about who or how you’re supposed to be.

She is here to walk with you—not as an authority, but as someone who listens with support and respect. There’s no rush, and no pressure—just a commitment to being present with you as you take each step.
